Measurements are of your body, not the garment. If you're between sizes, pick the bigger one.

How to measure
Bust
Around the fullest part of your chest, tape level under the arms.
Waist
Around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
Hip
Around the fullest part of your hips, feet together.
Sarees and dupattas
Sarees are free size: about 5.5 metres, plus an unstitched blouse piece of about 0.8 metres where mentioned.
Dupattas are about 2.25 to 2.5 metres long.
